Our offerings are contingent on availability and favorable weather conditions. We maintain the prerogative to adjust or suspend services without prior notification.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

In the process of securing a yacht, you must:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Provide truthful and thorough details
  • Remit the requisite deposit as delineated in your booking confirmation
  • Concur with these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A charter is only regarded as confirmed following the payment reception and our issuance of written affirmation. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual at our own judgment.

3.3 Availability

All yacht charters hinge on the availability of the vessel and agreeable weather conditions. Every effort will be taken to respect your selected dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All rates are quoted in € and are inclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise. Rates are subject to alter without previous notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial deposit: 50% of the cumulative charter cost due at the time of booking
  • Remaining balance: Payable 48 hours before the charter sets sail
  • Supplementary charges (if any): Payable upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We take all major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. Transactions are conducted via secure, encrypted mechanisms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With more than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus processing fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Half of the payment is refunded
  • With less than 24 hours before departure: No refund given

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the conditions be deemed perilous by our captain, we will propose:

  • A rescheduling of your charter to another suitable date without extra charges
  • A full refund in cases where rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the instance of mechanical faults with the assigned vessel, we will strive to allot a comparable alternative. In the absence of any alternatives, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

  • Heed all commands from the crew
  • Utilize the provided safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any health issues that could impact their safety
  • Stay within specified regions of the boat

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following articles are forbidden on board:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive amounts of beverages (surpassing what is considered moderate consumption)
  • Animals (save for circumstances with prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are to behave respectfully. We retain the right to end a charter prematurely, without repayment, if behavior of any passenger endangers safety or disrupts the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability pertains solely to the sum paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Personal injuries arising from your own carelessness
  • The loss or impairment of personal belongings
  • Indirect, subsequent, or punitive losses
  • Deferrals ascribed to climatic conditions or situations beyond our power

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We sustain comprehensive marine insurance for our fleet and operations. Responsibility for personal travel and property insurance resides with the passengers themselves.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By partaking in our charter services, you acknowledge that oceanic activities carry inherent dangers and you accept liability for your personal safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries, pathways, or schedules because of meteorological conditions, security reasons, or operational exigencies. We will attempt to provide equivalent alternative experiences where possible.

9. Force Majeure

We carry no liability for postponements, cancellations, or alterations stemming from forces beyond our control, including but not restricted to:

  • Extreme meteorological conditions
  • Calamities of a natural origin
  • Governmental edicts
  • Port interruptions
  • Vessel malfunctions
