What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — for example, sunset cruises come with premium refreshments and snacks, while corporate charters are equipped with conference facilities and options for business catering.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, it's advised to book at least 2–3 weeks prior to your desired date, especially during the high season from May to September. For corporate events and specialized celebrations, planning 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended to allow for tailored accommodations.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our main concern. Should the captain consider weather conditions to be unsafe, we'll propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. Weather forecasts are monitored meticulously, and should any concerns arise, we aim to inform you a full day before your charter.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. In addition, we provide exceptional catering services and can tailor menus to meet your preferences. For the safety of everyone, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We strive to make our vessels accessible for all guests. Some yachts are more suited for those with accessibility requirements than others. We request you to get in touch with us regarding your specific needs so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure. For cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund is issued. Cancellations within 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
